Dietary Analysis Assessment Process by Core Essentials
Core Essentials uses the latest in dietary software to calculate your dietary caloric requirements, whether it’s for weight loss / increasing lean muscle mass, or to support high-level athletic performance.
Dietary Intake Module Download

The Dietary Intake Module provides you with basic nutrient information for 37,000+ food items. If desired, you can add food items to the Intake Module that don't already exist in the database.
Follow these steps to record and submit your dietary information:
- Log on to today's date to open a menu log
- Input your daily menu items. If you cannot find the exact item select a comparable food item.
- Fill out a week's worth of menus before sending them.
- Save your menu profile each day.
- When you are ready to send your information click on the send tab and highlight your file.
- Click send and the software will automatically fill in the email address for you and prepare your file for your trainer.
- Add any additional information you feel that your trainer may need to now regarding your dietary analysis to the body of the email
- Make sure your client Initial Assessment has already been sent to Core Essentials staff before sending your dietary assessment.

- The Glycemic Index. The invaluable guide will show you the foods to avoid and the best food to support weight loss and to enhance energy levels. More Info
- Vitamin & Mineral Guide. A comprehensive list of many of the vitamin and minerals our body requires for health. This guide will also give us the RDA values and show where these powerful health-building micro nutrients can be found in our diet.
- Extensive Food List. Provides the carbohydrate, protein, mineral and vitamin and sodium content of most foods. Take the guesswork of what nutrients can be found in which foods. In a matter of weeks you will be able to build the perfect meal every time based on your individual needs.
- Sample Menus. A series of menus will be provided based on your particular goals. Menus for weight loss, lean muscle gain or athletic performance will be provided.
